Swap your skills
for studio space.
Hi, we’re Kennedy Woods - an architecture practice based in the Bussey Building, Peckham.
We have a few free desks in our bright, plant-filled studio, just two minutes from Peckham Rye station.
We’re opening them up to local creative talent to help create a lively, collaborative environment.
We’re not charging a monetary fee for the space - instead, we ask you to lend a day of your skills to the studio each month.
We currently have only four desks available, so if you’re interested, please complete this form and tell us a little about yourself.

Ethos
We say no to generic co-working setups that lack authentic culture and continuity.
Instead, we’ve invested in a fixed studio environment where teams can forge strong, healthy working relationships.
Shared space should mean shared purpose—somewhere you recognise familiar faces, build trust over time, and benefit from a stable, supportive atmosphere that helps your work (and wellbeing) thrive.
Oh! And our stationery bar moonlights as Peckham’s smallest cocktail club:
The Tank.
