Lowe Guardians is a leading provider of short-tenancy housing through temporary conversions of unused buildings.

We’re helping them reduce waste and improve their business offer with a family of prefabricated, modular components. Based on the principles of circular design, the showers, bathrooms, and communal kitchens can be easily deployed, moved, and reconfigured as buildings come in and out of Lowe’s portfolio. While improving the sustainability and economics of this niche form of co-housing, the utilitarian modules will also enhance the residents’ quality of life.
